I am a business mentor and manager with over 16 years of experience in business development, marketing, and strategic growth.

I work closely with purpose-driven entrepreneurs to help them strengthen their business foundations, refine their offers, improve client acquisition and retention, and create sustainable growth strategies aligned with their long-term vision. My approach combines strategic business guidance with hands-on support, helping clients make informed decisions, streamline operations, and build businesses that are both impactful and financially sustainable.

My educational background includes a degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences, certifications as well as Feminine Power Transformational Coaching and Business Leadership. This allows me to bring a holistic and people-centered perspective to business mentorship, balancing strategy, leadership, communication, and client experience.

I specialize in business strategy, program development, marketing direction, client engagement, and operational support, helping entrepreneurs navigate growth with greater clarity, confidence, and structure. My work is rooted in collaboration, practical problem-solving, and creating sustainable systems that support long-term business success.

I am a world traveler and speak 3 languages.

I see myself as a student of life and approach new experiences with an open mind and unbridled curiosity. 

I'm incredibly passionate about human health & wellbeing and spend the majority of my time learning new things, contemplating what I learned and coming up with new and better ways to do things. 


I spend time in nature almost every day and love exploring the inner workings of the entire universe. 

I love being active outdoors and frequently kayak, canoe, hike and camp in the wilderness.  

There are few things in life that inspire me more than seeing people express their full creative potential and I love being someone who helps people do just that. 


I see the world through the eyes of possibility and have a fairly unique and untraditional view of life. 

I believe that all of us have something very beautiful and unique to offer the world and am deeply inspired by seeing what humans are truly capable of. 

One of these days, I plan to own a horse ranch and live somewhere on an island, where I will also build a wellness centre / learning community that will support people in being happy, healthy and deeply inspired by what they are creating in their lives. 


I care deeply about our planet, and do my best to live consciously and sustainably. 

I believe that the more we live in alignment with the laws of nature, the better off everyone and everything is (including nature herself). 

I am getting ready to create a documentary on this exact topic and will donate the proceeds to land conservation organizations. 

At some point in the future, I plan to start buying land for the purpose of restoration and rewilding of nature on our planet.
